? Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher Assistant to support our early childhood education team. In this role, you?ll help foster a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and joy in learning. You?ll play a key role in guiding children?s social, emotional, and cognitive development while working alongside lead teachers to deliver age-appropriate lesson plans and support daily routines.

Duties

• Assist in developing and implementing creative, hands-on lesson plans that support early childhood education standards.
• Foster a positive and respectful learning environment through consistent classroom management techniques.
• Engage children in physical activities that promote coordination, health, and wellness.
• Support toddlers and preschoolers with individualized attention throughout daily routines.
• Use positive behavior management strategies to encourage social skills and conflict resolution.
• Maintain open, professional communication with families and team members.
• Help track and assess children's progress in areas like math, literacy, and physical development.
• Ensure the classroom is clean, safe, organized, and conducive to learning and exploration.
• Participate in staff development, curriculum planning, and team-building efforts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver?s License
• Must pass background check and fingerprinting

Nice To Haves

CDA Credential or coursework in Early Childhood Education
Experience working in a licensed preschool or daycare setting
Strong understanding of toddler care and development
Ability to implement engaging, play-based learning strategies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
