LHH is seeking a Financial Analyst to join a dynamic and growth-oriented organization in the consumer products space. This position offers high visibility and impact, with direct involvement in planning cycles, performance monitoring, and executive-level reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to evaluate ROI on promotions, rebates, and key sales initiatives
• Develop dynamic, fully automated three-statement financial models (IS, BS, CF)
• Leverage tools like Excel, SQL, and PowerBI to streamline reporting and analysis
• Assist in managing annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles
• Prepare presentations and analysis to review planning assumptions with senior leadership
• Lead modeling of sales data, including pricing strategies and volume forecasting by SKU
• Lead monthly reviews with commercial and non-commercial departments to track variances
• Provide analysis of spending trends by cost center and ensure OPEX reports are accurate and timely
• Maintain and update planning systems with current, validated data
• Upload budget data into relevant non-inventory procurement systems
• Deliver both standardized and ad hoc reporting to business leaders
• Train new users and offer ongoing support with a service-focused approach

Job Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or strategic analysis
• Strong Excel skills including dynamic modeling, VBA, PowerQuery, and PivotTables
• Proficiency in Power BI with experience in DAX and data model design
• Familiarity with general ledger accounting and ERP data structures
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, including with executive leadership
• Experience working in international or matrixed business environments is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
