Through an innovative approach and patient-centered care, we are revolutionizing the field of healthcare by providing patients with access to TMS treatment. We are seeking a Patient Support Coach for our Esrella, AZ office. Your primary responsibility will be helping patients heal using TMS treatment.
Trigger Warning : Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.

Responsibilities
Be the face of Serenity Healthcare
One on one coaching and commitment to patients during treatment
Graduate Serenity’s paid TMS training program
Own outcomes of patient treatment
Qualifications
High School Diploma/ GED.
Strong customer service mindset.
Three years’ work experience in customer service required
Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
