Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reports to: Director of People Success

This position will primarily focus on supporting All-n-One Outdoor Solutions, a growing, people-first company delivering excellence in landscape design, maintenance, hardscaping, irrigation, and snow removal. Position Summary:

This role is perfect for someone who sees recruiting as sales and culture as a product worth selling. You'll own hiring across our divisions — bringing energy, urgency, and strategy to the candidate experience. This is a front-line, high-impact position where you'll tell the All-n-One story, attract top talent, and drive recruiting outcomes through relationship building, outreach, and next-level follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Culture Sales

  • Drive high-volume recruiting for labor and skilled field positions across all divisions
  • Sell All-n-One's culture to job seekers through job ads, phone screens, interviews, and in-person interactions
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns that speak directly to our core values
  • Build, maintain, and grow candidate pipelines — schools, job boards, referrals, community partners, and more

Candidate Experience & Coordination

  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Ensure timely, professional communication with all candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Partner with the team to ensure seamless onboarding and day-one readiness

Tracking, Reporting, & Improvements

  • Track recruiting metrics and applicant data to assess effectiveness
  • Report weekly progress and hiring needs to the Director of People Success
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-fill

HR & Administrative Support

  • Assist in processing payroll to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time
  • Manage weekly unemployment claims and support compliance filings to meet regulatory standards
  • Support benefits administration, including team member enrollments, changes, and monthly reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance requirements

Operational & Cross-Functional Support

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documentation, managing follow-ups, and coordinating client communications
  • Deliver high-level customer service as needed to support daily business operations and ensure a positive client experience
  • Assist with company-wide initiatives and projects that contribute to business efficiency and growth

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of inside sales, recruiting, or staffing experience (seasonal/labor-based recruiting preferred)
  • Strong communication and people skills — you connect easily and close confidently
  • Ability to juggle multiple roles, timelines, and personalities
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through, urgency, and adaptability
  • Familiarity with job boards, ATS platforms, and recruitment campaigns
  • Experience working in fast-paced and/or seasonal businesses is a plus
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • On-site position is based in Jefferson City, MO
