Job Description

As a Territory Manager you will develop relationships that focus on selling into medical office/clinic, primarily with focus on Labor and Delivery working with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in San Jose. The territory includes Monterey at the southern point. Candidates should live in the San Jose area as a major amount of time will be covering San Jose. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of documented and verifiable sales experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical industry or relevant clinical sales experience preferably in Women’s Health. We will consider B2B backgrounds with sales experience into wellness and health programs.
• Proven track record of success in a sales role, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
• Excellent communication, presentation , and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders , and external partners
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Base - $105,000 - $115,000

Total $147,500 at 100% to target (uncapped)

3-Month Guarantee

$700 Car Allowance plus gas
