Adelphi is seeking to recruit an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full time role at a school in New Jersey. New Jersey Board of Occupational Therapy License. National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. NJ DOE Certification.Responsibilities: Provide in-person OT assessment, direct OT services, and OT consultation for students. Maintain accurate records and appropriate documentation which must be immediately made available upon request Provide quarterly progress reports, which must be tied to each students IEP/ISP goals and objectives. Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as necessary
