And we’re growing! The Role Consulting Managers have the opportunity to deliver immediate value to clients by working with a project-based team of consultants. As a Consulting Manager, you will analyze our insurance clients' business and technology challenges and create innovative solutions to drive transformation. You will be responsible for driving the requirements analysis process, developing strong working relationships with clients and team members and building industry and domain expertise. Responsibilities You will draw conclusions from the market / industry trends, client issues and support go to market initiatives for Cognizant You will utilize team resources and company methodologies to present and implement strategic and technology solutions. You will provide your subject matter expertise to impact large transformation opportunities in the insurance space for multi-tower deals working across other horizontals and verticals within Cognizant You will lead communication with business partners, delivering weekly project status reporting, and strategizing priorities for timely resolution Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar field. Masters degree preferred Minimum ten years of business experience in Property and Casualty Insurance. Consulting industry experience preferred Experience on large P&C insurance Core System transformation involving market leading solutions such as Guidewire and Duck Creek Experience with Agile Scrum software development framework preferred. Ability to grasp business needs and assess impacts to complex business operations and systems. Possess creative and analytic analytical skills. Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
